W.O. is emblazoned in an air vent in the shape of a B on the chrome application along the back side of the vehicle. The front grille is designed after 1930s-appropriate Onyx, and there's an additional chrome cladding around the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille is also unique, gaining a chrome shell instead of the typical body-colored mesh, which is typical of the regular Mulsanne and also featuring the Flying B logo as well.

The key box is made of Bentley wings and features an ebony lining. Key pouches on their own can be purchased to match or contrast the key box. The set is commemorative and includes an exact 1:18 scale model as well an air-borne "B" paperweight.
